Excellent customer service and Tech was professional. Annual service plan is affordable and covers my needs. I have a Carrier unit, and they will work with manufacturer for any parts under my warranty. If something isn’t right, they strive to make it right. Many AC companies won’t do that. Highly recommend for servicing your needs.

We called Brooks today for the first time. They were here in 30 minutes. The tech that came out found the problem immediately, quoted a price, returned and installed it in 45 minutes. Y’all have our business for good now. I hope we get the same technician.

My parents purchased an unit from Brooks. When the unit went out the service tech was quick to get to the house and was very nice to my Mom. My Mom is a very nervous person so he was patient and kind to her which I though very highly of. Once the unit was condemned the salesperson was out the same day and had the quote ready that afternoon. From beginning to end my parents had a new unit installed a day after the old unit went out. I highly recommend Brooks Heating & Air to anyone that has heating and air needs.

The tech was the absolute best. I bought a complete system and am so glad I chose Brooks. The sale went super smooth. He was very honest and upfront about everything. He was super professional, had a great personality and very mannerable. The install team was wonderful. They even cleaned up behind themselves and were truly gentlemen during the entire install.
